Office of the Australian Information Commissioner is the independent national regulator for privacy and freedom of information in Australia. The priority of the new design was to make it easier for users to find the information they need. This was achieved by rethinking the information architecture, navigation, search functionality and engaging in thorough user testing. The website was also designed and built to WCAG 2.0 Accessibility standards (Level AA).

Due to the sheer scale of the OAIC website, colour coding on content types was used throughout, making it easy for users to find the information they need.
